How to automate LINK step by step
- Create a Bitget API key with trading enabled and withdrawals disabled, then add it to your encrypted Axiom Finance vault.
- Pick the LINK/USDT market and configure a strategy — grid, breakout, funding fade or your own indicator rules.
- Backtest it, then run rolling walk-forward validation. If the strategy only worked on the data it was tuned on, the verdict says so.
- Run it in paper mode against live prices. Promote it to live capital only once you have seen how it behaves — and start small.
What our own research says about LINK strategies
We ran roughly 3.5 million backtests and published the failures alongside the one result that survived. These verdicts apply to the strategy families you can run here, and none of them is a forecast.
- Infrastructure tokens move as a sector. If you run the same strategy across several of them you are usually running one correlated position at several times the intended size, which is what the portfolio caps and the risk distributor exist to prevent.
- Price-indicator strategies — no configuration we tested survived rolling multi-fold walk-forward validation. Single flattering backtests are exactly what walk-forward is there to catch.
- Drawdown Shield — a trend filter plus volatility targeting cut maximum drawdown by roughly 35-40% in backtests. It is a risk tool, it is backtest-only today, and it is not an alpha claim.

LINK: common questions
Can I automate LINK trading on Bitget?
Yes, if Bitget lists the market in your region. Axiom Finance places orders through the Bitget trading API using a trade-only API key you control. On Bitget the supported markets are: Spot and futures. Order size is expressed in: Base asset quantity.
Is it safe to connect my Bitget account to trade LINK?
Create the key with trading permission only and leave withdrawals disabled. Bitget issues these fields: API Key, Secret Key, Passphrase. Credentials are stored encrypted and are only decrypted to sign a request. Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key with any trading platform, including this one.
What happens if Bitget rejects a LINK order?
The rejection is read back from Bitget and recorded as a rejection rather than assumed to be a fill, so your trade history and analytics do not count failed orders as executed ones.
