Does Axiom Finance hold my funds?
No. Axiom Finance is non-custodial — your funds stay on your own exchange account. We only place trades through your API keys; we never hold or move your money.
Are my API keys safe?
Keys are encrypted at rest. We strongly recommend creating trade-only keys with withdrawals disabled so they can never move funds off your account.
How does billing work?
Pick a tier and pay monthly or annually by card (Stripe) or crypto. Higher tiers raise your bot, backtest, and volume limits.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then move to the free tier.
What happens if a bot's trade fails?
Failed orders are logged with the reason and never counted as fills. Our reconciliation system re-checks the exchange after any interruption so a real fill is never lost or double-counted.
